Once all of your materials have been ordered, a WindowSmith consultant will contact you to set up the installation date(s) and go through all instructions required both prior to and during your installation project. We’ll answer any questions you have regarding the process. Then, one week prior to the starting date, a WindowSmith representative will call you to confirm the arranged date(s) for starting and completing your project. Dates are subject to change in the event of inclement weather. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately.
