Installation Step 6 - Products Installed to Perfection


Once installation is complete, if paint was not part of your contract, you will be required to paint or stain your project within the manufacturer’s specified timeframe to assure the installation and product is covered under warranty. The WindowSmith crew will turn in your signed wavier and final payment within 24 hours of completion of your project. If paint was part of your contract, a WindowSmith representative will contact you within 48 hours to set up an appointment for the paint department to finish their touch-up.

Finally, as part of our ongoing quality control process, you will be contacted to assess your full satisfaction regarding your interaction with WindowSmith – from product selection through project installation. Your feedback is invaluable toward ensuring we provide an exceptional customer experience.
