Over five years of experience in the design and sales of windows and doors and related products, and is also experienced in painting and finishing.

Dick Irwin, Contract Sales Consultant
Over 20 years of experience in the design and sales of window and door projects, with special emphasis on new construction and custom projects.

Our Management Team:

Gary Natovitz , General Manager, WindowSmith Division
Gary Natovitz has been with Smitty’s for two years, where he serves as general manager for the WindowSmith division. With over 20 years of experience in the design, sales, production and management in the window and door industry, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge in experience to Smitty’s customers, having worked in the following departments: sales, installation, and marketing. Previous to Smitty’s, Gary worked as retail sales manager for Pella Windows and as sales manager for Virginia Marvin Showplace.
